...there are too many books n newspaper articles giving ya pple tips training to run the marathon...so i shall be different...here's stuff you SHOULD'NT do...

DO NOT last minute go and run 20km on sat...when you were online the nite before til 1am...coz you MAY get paralysed waist down for a day and end up sleeping for 2 days with a fever...

DO NOT go to MACs to study and adopt such a diet(all consumed within a 12-hour window):
-Big Breakfast
-Hashbrown
-4 cups of tea(coz its free to refill...) and two sachets of sugar each cup(coz its free too...)
-Fillet-O-Fish
-Apple pie
-Ice Cream Cone
-McChicken
-Medium Fries
-Milo
-Corn Cup

DO NOT suffer from unessesary body aches coz of reading too much manga online...
